Is the reservation fee refundable?
Yes and no – we want to keep things real. Only real reservations from riders who really want to ride with us. But your reservation fee will be refunded if you go for a test drive and find that the XYTE ONE isn’t your thing.
What’s special about the Launch Edition?
Early birds get extra perks. Pre-order the Launch Edition and you’ll unlock an exclusive launch color plus the full options package, including both charging cables for Type 2 and household outlets.
When will I receive my reserved vehicle?
Production ramps up in November. Deliveries for our launch cities start in early 2026. We’ll keep you informed at every step of the process.
Will XYTE ONE be available in my country?
Paris, Barcelona, Milan, Rome and Munich are our launch pads. More cities across Europe will follow in 2026. Not in a launch city? Sign up for updates and we’ll tell you when pre-orders open near you.
Can I update or cancel my pre-order later?
Yes — you can update your contact details or delivery address anytime. Cancelling your reservation means you lose your reservation fee, since it’s non-refundable — but we’re sure you won’t want to!
Are there delivery costs for my XYTE ONE?
Good news — delivery is free for our first 500 Launch Edition vehicles. After that, standard delivery charges may apply, depending on your region.
How will I be updated about my order status?
You’ll get email updates at every milestone — production, shipping, local delivery. And you can reach out to our team anytime.
What payment options do you accept?

Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. All payments go through certified secure gateways. Your data stays safe and fully encrypted.
What happens with my pre-order fee?
Your reservation fee is safely deposited in a dedicated trust account until your final purchase — for your peace of mind.
What warranty do I get with the XYTE ONE?
The vehicle comes with a 3-year warranty. The battery is covered for 5 years, including a guaranteed minimum capacity of 70% (state of health) during that time.
